Getting into a top college can be confusing and highly competitive. For more than 10 years, we have helped students get accepted into the UW, the Ivy league, the University of California system and top liberal arts schools such as the 7 sisters and the Claremont schools. We offer three consulting packages depending on your needs: College Prep Consulting, College Application Service and a College Essay Package.
College Prep Consulting
This service is recommended for Freshman and Sophomores.
Getting into the college of your choice can be complicated and stressful especially if you don't start early with a strong direction.
Our college consultants will function as a private guidance counselor and help guide students on how to demonstrate a strong passion for their major and build a top tier personal resume that ensures acceptance into the colleges of their choice.
Our service provides 1-on-1 guidance for 2 years and includes:

An initial student interview and assessment to identify academic strengths and weaknesses

Analysis of personal history, school records and educational testing results

Strategy to align student's interests, career goals and academic schedule

Guidance with advanced placement and college entrance exams

Recommendations for extracurriculars, activities and internships

Regular check-ins to ensure plan is being executed to strategy

Help to identify a college major that aligns with values and academic goals

Develop a college "to do" checklist to ensure tasks completed and deadlines met
College Application Service
This service is recommended for Juniors and Seniors.
Our College Application Service offers a comprehensive approach to preparing high school students for the college application process.
Our consultants will define a personalized college application strategy including:

Developing a list of 15 Reach, Target, and Safety colleges

Identifying extracurriculars that help you stand out in the crowd

Curating a selection of potential career options that align with the student’s passions and long-term goals

Providing proprietary materials to help manage timelines, deadlines and key steps

Reviewing college applications before they are submitted
Students will then meet with us weekly for two months to craft a compelling personal statement and supplemental responses that admissions officers will love.

Students begin writing their essays starting from the summer after 11th grade up to application deadlines.
College Essay Package
The college essay is one of the most important factors in getting accepted to the college of your choice. It's critical to use your essay to help you stand out from the pack.
With our College Essay Coaching package, you'll craft a winning essay and supplemental questions that admission officers will love. We will provide you with successful essay strategies and hands-on writing support so you can demonstrate how your personal background, work experiences and extracurriculars show leadership and passion for your major.
This 8-week intensive package introduces students to six different genres of admissions writing: The Personal Statement, “Why This Major?” Essay, “Why This College?” Essay, The College Resumé, and The Extracurricular Activity Essay.
Students will meet our essay coach weekly for two months to craft a compelling personal statement and supplemental responses that admissions officers will love.
